Privacy policy

Last updated 5 September 2026.

This describes the app as it is built today. When that changes, so does this page.

What stays on your phone

Your collections, postcards, envelopes and photographs are written to your device. The pictures are copied into the app's private directory and go when you delete the app.

Your photographs are not uploaded. The app has no image upload today. When it gains one it will ask first, and you will be able to say no and keep using everything else.

If you make an account

An account is optional and nothing is withheld without one.

If you sign up we store your email address, a name you choose, and your collections, so a new phone can get them back. Authentication and that data are handled by Supabase as our processor. Your postcards are readable only by your own account.

Write to us to delete your account and everything attached to it. The copies on your own phone stay yours.

What we do not do

  • No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
  • No third party analytics in the app.
  • No selling or sharing of personal data, to anyone.
  • No tracking across other companies' apps or sites.

Crash reports

The app may report crashes so faults can be fixed. A report carries the state of the program and the device model. It does not carry your photographs or the text of your postcards.

This website
