Terms of use
Last updated 5 September 2026.
The short version
Your postcards and photographs are yours. Do not use the app to break the law or to hurt anyone. It is offered as it is, and it is still being built.
Your content
You keep every right you have in your pictures and your words. We claim no ownership and no licence to use them for anything of ours. We store them only to give them back, on the terms in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for having the right to use the pictures you put on a postcard, and for what you send to whom.
Our designs
The layouts, eras, ornaments and the app remain ours. A postcard you make with them is yours to keep, print, post and sell. Extracting the artwork to ship in something else is not.
Acceptable use
- Nothing unlawful, and nothing that harasses or endangers a person.
- No attempts to break, overload or reverse the service.
- No sending to people who have asked you to stop.
A work in progress
Air Post is in testing. Features may change, arrive late, or be withdrawn. Test builds come without warranty, and you should not rely on one as the only copy of something you care about.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Air Post is provided as it is, without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or takes away consumer rights you have where you live.
Purchases
Any paid tier would be sold through the App Store under Apple's refund and subscription rules. There is nothing to buy today.
Changes and contact
